• Standard processing time: 1–3 business days from cleared payment.
• Orders confirmed before 12:00 (noon) UK time are prioritised for same-day dispatch when possible.

Shipping Methods & Transit Times

• UK Deliveries: Typically 1–3 business days.
• Europe: Typically 3–7 business days.
• Rest of World: Typically 5–10 business days, depending on customs clearance and carrier.
• Larger bulk shipments may be sent via pallet freight or container, with lead times quoted case-by-case.
• Tracking details are provided with every order once dispatched.

Shipping Costs

• Rates are calculated based on weight, dimensions, and destination.
• Express, air freight, and sea freight options are available upon request.
• The buyer is responsible for additional charges (e.g., liftgate services, appointment scheduling, storage).
